National Agreement On Pay And Conditions Of Service

The national agreement on the remuneration and conditions of local government services. This agreement contains full and up-to-date details of the National Joint Council of Local Administrative Services (NJC). The Green Paper, known as the Single Agreement, covers the remuneration and conditions of 1.4 million local government employees, from architects to school catering staff, cleaning staff and lawyers. These agreements are also used to determine the remuneration and conditions of local authority staff. This manual contains the terms and conditions negotiated during the transfer of probation officer personnel to the National Probation Service (NPS). This file may not be suitable for auxiliary technology users. It follows that the publication of the documents should not be seen as evidence of a particular intent or interpretation with respect to the provisions of those documents. The corresponding transfer systems – the most important is the 2014 Transfer of Personnel Act for the Complaint in 2007 (Probation Service) – set the terms of the transfer. There is no intention to create legal status through this measure with respect to a documentary document, nor should it be assumed that they have contractual status. The Green Paper is available for full download for local authorities and employer subscribers.

Staff members of local authorities and subscriber organisations must register on the website to access it. The Green Paper has been updated and we have published a version that shows all the runway changes, the other does not. The delegation regime is legally binding as it is within the scope of the powers provided by the 2007 Criminality Act, and any provision of the manual, if any, must be read alongside the conditions of the transfer system. Recruitment took place in 2014 and we should not expect charges inherited from the past. Sending the national agreement in the manual for these purposes has no distinct legal effect. The transfer of probation officers to the National Probation Service (NPS), headquartered in the SEIN and community rehabilitation societies (SFB), was made on June 1, 2014 for the majority of officers. As a resource tool for potential burdens inherited from the past, the national agreement is placed here for easy access.
