Flea Market Vendor Agreement

(b) When designing displays, Seller will do everything in its power to minimize disruption to the operation of other suppliers. In addition, the Seller is responsible, at its own expense and expense, for repairing any damage and incidents that the Seller may cause to the market or stands or the operation of another supplier. When designing screens, the seller must take into account suppliers and neighboring sets, both with regard to the creation of screens that can hinder the lines of vision in a monstrous or neighborhood way; as well as taking into account the general aesthetic experience of the market in the consideration of exhibits, materials, accessories, etc. UNSTATTIG. TPRFM does not accept representatives of brands such as Avon, Bathfitters, LuLaRoe, Jamberry Nails, Origami Owl or any other direct sales representative. If you register as a provider and are declined, we cancel your registration and refund your money less the 20% processing fee (a) disk space allocation. After flea authorization and payment of the rental fee by the seller, FLEA grants the seller a license to use one (1) stand (the space). The seller is informed of the location of the space before the start or upon arrival at a market during the agreed installation period of the supplier. The provider is also assigned a time and a method of implementation (walk-in or drive-in drop-off). The Provider acknowledges that the size, location and configuration of the Supplier Spaces may vary. FLEA has the right to market, position and determine premises within the market to all suppliers, including the seller; and provided that the seller accepts all these provisions as final. The provider must not exceed the available space indicated by the provider.

SELLING FEES AND REFUND Your seller fees include your place of sale and a 6 parking spaces. Chairs are not included. We do not offer any refunds once you have registered for one of our events. Sellers can sell used, vintage and/or new items. We limit the number of stationary companies that sell new items. Suppliers can accommodate an employee (guest) at their table at no additional cost. If you want there to be more than one person with you at the flea market, you can pay for the entrance to the flea market on the day of the event. (d) amendments. This Agreement may be supplemented, modified or amended only by mutual written agreement of the Parties. Individuals, small businesses and organizations can register.

You will receive your table assignment on the morning of the event. Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market (TPRFM) reserves the right to cancel your registration if your items for sale do not match our mission.
